First I would like to start by thanking you. Why? Because "you" make me motivated to write my blog. When I started this blog I was uncertain if I was capable of posting every week, but every time I posted a blog post I saw that there were quite some people reading the posts.
I would've already been happy with 2 readers but in only one month there were already 500 people that read my blog! I am so grateful to everyone who took the time to read my articles, it truly means a lot to me.
A new year, new opportunity's, new friends and new places to explore. I am excited to bring my blog to the next level. That's why I am going to set some bold targets for myself. Yes, the pressure is on, so I kinda have to be innovative to achieve those targets :P, but I am certain we can do it together!
MY GOALS FOR 2018
Get 1000 views on one post
Get 50 comments on a post
get 450 followers on my blog's Instagram: @the_left_handed_writer
get 250 email subscribers
Hire a designer and brainstorm on a good look for the blog.
These targets might be a little bit unrealistic, but if you don't set goals for yourself then you're not striving for improvement and basically admitting that you don't care about it that much (which I do).
It is going to be a year with new series ( like my blog post the 5 Typical dutch sweets you have to try this is the first series I've launched. In these series, I talk about things you can only buy, do or experience in The Netherlands. There's going to be more giveaways ^^, more interacting with the readers and lots of new content.
I hope you guys are excited ;), cause I am!
I wish you all a happy new year! May the odds be forever in your favor.
<<<<<<<<<<Question for you>>>>>>>>>>>
Just as I set my goals for the new year, I would like to know what you have in store for 2018 ^^. What are your goals/targets?? Are you in your last year of your study? Are you finished with your study and planning to make a world trip? Did you quit your job to do something you really like? Whatever it is let me know in the "comments below"
